In an attempt to protect our community against the effects of Coronavirus (COVID-19), telephone triage is in operation for all enquiries. No appointments will be given without being triaged first. Please DO NOT QUEUE OUTSIDE THE SURGERY.
At this difficult time, we are trying our best to maintain our service and care for you, whilst following national public health guidance. If you have symptoms to suggest Coronavirus, or you have been in contact with someone who has such symptoms, please visit our surgery's Coronavirus information page below (by clicking the link or scanning the QR code with a mobile phone camera), for advice on self-care, staying at home, and other matters.
Don't contact NHS 111 just to tell them you're staying at home.
If you have serious symptoms you cannot manage at home, use NHS 111 online (or call NHS111 if not online).
By visiting our surgery, you are putting others at risk, as well as risking the closure of our surgery for all our patients.
New Patient Registration
The doctors welcome new patients who live within our practice area.
For details of the Practice Area please see the map below. IN Wales, you can only be a registered patient with one GP surgery, therefore, if you register with us you will be de-registered with your current GP surgery and your previous medical notes will be sent to us.
Please call in at the surgery to complete the appropriate forms with a receptionist.
Please see the Practice Boundary Map below to determine whether you live within the boundary and whether you can register with Cadwgan Surgery. For existing patients already registered with the practice who move out of the Practice Boundary you will need to register with a GP surgery. Please telephone the Practice on 01492 515787 and ask to speak to Amy Macara or Tracey Williams if you require clarification about our practice boundary.
