COVID VACCINATION UPDATE!
Covid vaccination information (Public Health Wales) - Please DO NOT contact the surgery about this. If you are still to receive your first Covid vaccination, or due your second Covid vaccination, or wondering about your Covid booster vaccination, information on the North Wales COVID-19 Vaccination Programme, including answers to Frequently Asked Questions, can be found here: Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board (website) – COVID-19 Vaccination Information. It includes information about an online booking form. Our vaccination clinics at the surgery have now finished (20/07/21). The surgery will not be arranging your Covid booster vaccination; this will be arranged by the health board (20/08/21).
FLU VACCINATION UPDATE!
We are aiming to run our Flu vaccination clinics in late September/early October. Once we receive the Flu vaccinations (anticipated arrival date is late September), we will start our vaccination clinics and people who are eligible for this vaccination will be given an appointment, with the initial priority being those patients older than 65 years and those younger than 65 years in at risk categories.
Proof of Covid vaccination status when travelling abroad
Please DO NOT contact our surgery with regards to this. You can obtain a certificate of your Covid vaccination status by clicking here and following the instructions. Thank you.
In an attempt to protect our community against the effects of Coronavirus (COVID-19), telephone triage is in operation for all enquiries. No appointments will be given without being triaged first. Please DO NOT QUEUE OUTSIDE THE SURGERY. We expect you to wear a face covering at the surgery and to keep it on at all times. Unless necessary and agreed beforehand during triage, you mustn't be accompanied, so as to minimise the risk to others and help us with our waiting area physical distancing.
At this difficult time, we are trying our best to maintain our service and care for you, whilst following national public health guidance. If you have symptoms to suggest Coronavirus, or you have been in contact with someone who has such symptoms, please visit our surgery's Coronavirus information page below (by clicking the link or scanning the QR code with a mobile phone camera), for advice on self-care, staying at home, and other matters.
Don't contact NHS 111 just to tell them you're staying at home.
If you have serious symptoms you cannot manage at home, use NHS 111 online (or call NHS111 if not online).
If you inappropriately visiting our surgery, you are putting others at risk, as well as risking the closure of our surgery for all our patients.
