Practice Boundary

Please see the Practice Boundary Map (Zone 1) to determine whether you live within the boundary and whether you can register with Cadwgan Surgery. For existing patients already registered with the practice who live in Zone 1 and moving out of the Practice Boundary you will need to register with a GP surgery elsewhere unless your new address is within Zone 2. Please discuss with Mrs Christine Jones at the practice if you require clarification about Zone 2 or any other matter to do with the boundary.
